Fabric Terms

While Polo Media Solutions will do everything in its power to match fabric colours, it is impossible to get a 100% match. As such all orders within a 5% variance of the sample are deemed acceptable.

We will assess all fabric prior to accepting from our fabric suppliers and if it falls within a 0-5% variance to the sample (Trust Polo or Customer) we will accept.

All Polo Media Solutions customers accept this variance with their acceptance and deposit on an order.

Orders that fall within a 0-5% variance can not under any circumstances be cancelled or not accepted due to colour. Orders will NOT be remade and no refunds will be provided. Full payment must be remitted to Polo Media Solutions as per the no refund policy. 

Order Terms

All orders are deemed to be accepted upon confirmation of invoice and/or payment of 50% deposits.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are confirmed under any circumstances.

Orders must be paid in full on the date that they are ready for delivery. No exceptions.

We are not resonsible for customers accounting departments and accept no responsibility for delays in processing due to accounting delays, processing delays, administration delays, or any other internal delay from the customer.

For clients outside of Bangkok, payment MUST be received before the shirts are sent for delivery. We will provide sufficient proof that the order is completed and ready for delivery if requested.

A late fee will be charged at the rate of 1% of the total order value for every day that the order is ready for delivery and is unpaid unless mutually agreed upon by management.

**If any discrepancies are found between the English and Thai translation below, the English terms will be accepted as legally binding and take precedence over Thai terms.

เราไม่รับผิดชอบสำหรับแผนกบัญชีลูกค้าและไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้าในการประมวลผลเนื่องจากความล่าช้าทางบัญชีการประมวลผลล่าช้าการจัดการล่าช้าหรือการล่าช้าภายในอื่น ๆ จากลูกค้า

สำหรับลูกค้าที่อยู่นอกกรุงเทพจะต้องได้รับการชำระเงินก่อนส่งเสื้อเพื่อการจัดส่ง เราจะแสดงหลักฐานที่เพียงพอว่าคำสั่งซื้อเสร็จสมบูรณ์หากมีการร้องขอ

ค่าธรรมเนียมล่าช้าจะถูกเรียกเก็บในอัตรา 1% ของมูลค่าการสั่งซื้อทั้งหมดสำหรับทุกวันที่คำสั่งซื้อนั้นพร้อมสำหรับการจัดส่งและไม่ได้รับค่าตอบแทนเว้นแต่ฝ่ายบริหารจะตกลง
